15 Central Park West

I stumbled across this man's name and found this past project of his. Richard A.M. is apparently a very famous NY architect known for his appreciation for historical New York Architecture...
and it definately shows.
The building facade is just amazing. Some skyrises that have stepbacks in New York look... almost awkward, but this one looks so natural caused by the greenery at every stepback. I especially love the the detail at the top in the penthouse crown with the apse, loggia, and buttress.
... AND LOOK AT THAT ENTRANCE COURTYARD!
Oh... and if you're wondering how much a place like this costs well apparently,
"It was recently reported by the New York Times among others that hedge fund manager Daniel S. Loeb of Third Point LLC has purchased the 10-bedroom 10,700 square-foot penthouse for $45 million. "
