anyways, BlogTo did a review of this place back in June and it looks absolutely amazing!

It's opened by a husband (the pastry chef, Thierry Schmitt) and his wife who runs the counter.

Thierry's trained in France as a pastry chef since he was 14 years old.

I think I'm going to have to check it out this weekend with my life partner Marissa!
