Constructed at the base of Lake Neuchatel in Switzerland- Utilizing mist as walls. Civilians are able to enter the building through the mist Before entering each person must enter a questionnaire which relates to their personality and puts on "braincoat" which serves as protection from the mist. When the person is near someone else with similar interests the coat will light up.
